Hemp has been the most beneficial crop grown for cash because of its fiber qualities and natural healing qualities. In fact, it was the United States that popularized the production and use of hemp fiber in the USA. Hemp can be grown almost anywhere, but some regions are more suitable than others. In Africa, hemp is often used in cooking and weaving. It is cultivated in the tropical and subtropical regions of Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Egypt, the United States, and Canada. Hemp is a tall, aromatic, perennial herb. The tall canelike stems are usually hollow at the bottom and also erect, except at the top. The leaves are capsule-like with Palmate (or petals) shape, and the flower is small, green, and yellow-colored. Hemp seeds are large, round, white, with red-colored bracts, which contain an oily matter. The flowers have palmate flower heads and are used for linen, rope, fabric, and thread. The flowering heads can be used for various textiles and clothing fibers. Hemp does not tolerate harsh weather conditions, so it is grown near the coast. In areas of the world where there is little or no wind, hemp seeds are often sown in garden plots. Hemp will tolerate some frost, but since the stalks are erected, they will remain colder. Hemp is most productive in cool, damp soil that receives an average amount of rainfall per year. Some hydroponic systems used to cultivate the plant also include a provision for deep, hot water storage in case of emergency. Hemp does not require soil, fertilizer, or mowing, which makes it very easy to grow. As the hemp plant grows up, it produces new stalks down to about three inches. Many different varieties of hemp plants exist, including Colorado, tall fescue, Hawaiian, Indian hemp, Colorado blue, Brazilian cannibals, Hawaii luau, Mexican tall, Philippine heirloom, West African colchicum, Italian Cannondale and Chinese hurd sinew. Some varieties have become extinct over the years. Today, many different strains of the plant exist. When used in food, hemp seeds are cooked just like corn or rice. They do not have to be pureed, because the hemp seeds can be eaten raw. They can also be used in the same way as corn and rice in other cuisines.Hemp oil is extracted from the stems and leaves. Hemp oil is one of naturẻ³ greatest resources and can be used in many different forms, including cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. When used in cosmetics, it is typically in place of lanolin or mineral oil.Hemp seed extract is used for its antioxidant properties, but it also has a fatty acid content that may be better for the skin. It may even help fight cancer, although no research has been done on this. A few manufacturers use hemp oil in their products instead of mineral oil, because hemp oil is less sticky, absorbs quickly and has fewer trans fats. Another benefit of using hemp seed oil is that it has some excellent Omega-3 fatty acids. One of them is called arachidonic acid, and another one called flaxseed is also good. Both of these acids help reduce inflammation. There are other anti-inflammatory benefits of hemp oil, including possibly reducing arthritis pain, and reducing edema (an accumulation of fluid under the skin). The fatty acids found in hemp seed oil help to reduce inflammation, and therefore reduce your risk of heart disease. They also lower blood pressure, which makes them good for people who have high blood pressure. However, the way in which hemp seed reduces inflammation makes it a great supplement for more than just anti-inflammatory purposes.
