Comment of the Week
Ӊ donҴ catch colds. I havenҴ had a cold in at least 15 years, whereas I used to get them 3 or 4 times every winter. Bad ones. Then years ago, an alternative healthcare provider told me, фonҴ medicate a cold. Let your immune system do its job without interfering.Ҽbr /> I took his advice. It was miserable at first because I took absolutely nothing, just drank a lot of hot tea with lemon. But I stopped getting sick so frequently. Eventually I stopped catching colds altogether.
There might be more to it than that, but Iҭ not aware of anything else I do or donҴ do. Does anyone else ӢeatԠcolds by simply not getting them?Լ/p>
-Important concept: do nothing.
