As you may know, we are in the process of migrating to a new Bordereaux Management System (powered by Watertrace) in the near future. This will replace the current Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission used todayfloodre-portal.co.uk Below is some important information relating to the upcoming system change. ParticipantsҠReadiness Checklist Please visitFlood Re ֠Production (watertrace.com) to confirm you can access the new Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission. Currently, this is a holding page, but ensuring access now is important to avoid access issues later. If you cannot access the holding page, your organisation may have web filtering in place. Please ask your IT Department to add the following domains to your organisationҳ IP whitelist: .watertrace.com and .iqcodex.com (the public IP address is 139.28.110.44). No changes have been made to existing bordereaux templates; however, the new Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission will not accept Ѩeader-lessҠbordereaux files. If this impacts your organisation and we are not already in discussion on next steps, please let us know via the Support Team atsupport@floodre.co.uk. If you use automated processes to upload bordereaux files between your internal systems and the current Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission, these should be changed to point to the new Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission in due course. We will give participants three monthsҠnotice to make this change in advance of the new system going live. Participants will not be able to retrieve previously submitted bordereaux files, or produce reports, once the new system goes live. If there is information you may need to retrieve from the current Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission please do so now. For enhanced security, the new Flood Re portal for bordereaux submission will use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) via DUO. More information on using MFA will be provided in due course.
