Hello! Question: I am looking at some point at doing a TAN(temporary nurse assignment) contract directly with a hospital vs going through an agency at a hospital that I have worked at in the past. My permanent home is many states away....in this case, can it be set up as an hourly PLUS housing and M/I like a regular travel contract, as I will have to rent a place to stay? Or is it set up with just a high hourly rate? Please post answers for 24 hours only(until 0800 Mon AM), as I don't know how to turn off responses after that LOL. TIA!!!
