Hello. IҶe been an RN for 1.5 years. Want to travel but it seems like with COVID cases decreasing hospitals prefer candidates with 2 years. IҶe been working with AYA and almost always I get rejected because I donҴ have two yearsҠexperience. Any nurses who have less than 2 years experience able to get contracts now? What agency/recruiter do you recommend? Thank you!
