DSOC and AURA UK sign agreement to offer Guard Dispatch to DSOC customers. We have signed an agreement withAURA UK to offer our customers an innovative tech-enabled mobile response solution. The agreement means DSOC can now add nationwide mobile response into our offering, further broadening our capabilities. AURA is integrated into the Sentinel CMS that DSOC use, the most widely used CMS platform in the UK. Once a dispatch is created, a ringing algorithm detects the nearest responder to the location of the alarm and gives that responder the opportunity to accept or reject that callout. If the responder is busy on another job the ringing algorithm cascades to the next closest responder. Bespoke checklists on the responder App provide detailed guidance for each responder, with all activities GPS timestamped, enabling detailed reporting. AURAҳ 24/7 control room oversees every callout and provides additional input where required.
