The first move is a warmup drill to open up the hips and shoulders and improve your squat pattern. Do it for 2-5 minutes pre-workout or as an anytime big bang for your buck mobility drill.
Then hit this killer 8-move total body circuit, performing each exercise for 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between moves:
1. Overhead Triceps Extension
2. 1-Leg Deadlift Passes- Left Leg
3. 1-Leg Deadlift Passes- Right Leg
4. Bottoms-Up Pushup
5. Juggler
6. Bottoms-Up Squat
7. Rotational Clean to Rotational Press- Left Arm
8. Rotational Clean to Rotational Press- Right Arm
ThatÒ³ 1 round. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 3-5 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
