Japanese cuisine is famous for its distinct and unique tastes. It is not surprising then that Japan has also developed a unique snack food called Takoyaki. This is a Japanese pancake that is made of flour batter and egg batter. It's a round ball shape of fried wheat flour. Takoyaki contains octopus, green onion and ginger soup stock. It's usually served with Takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise and aonori (dried seaweed) and make by using Takoyaki machine.
