Introduction: In this report, we present a comprehensive characterization of the risk factors associated with non-communicable chronic diseases (NCDs) in the department of Antioquia, Colombia. The study encompasses variables such as sedentary lifestyle, obesity, smoking, alcohol consumption, and personal history of diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. By using a cross-sectional approach and a representative sample of 3,742 individuals aged between 25 and 64 years, we identify risk patterns that reflect behaviors and health conditions significantly affecting the population of Antioquia.
